Serbia reeling from two mass shootings in a week
A 21-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of shooting dead eight people overnight, using an automatic weapon out of his car window. It follows the shooting dead of nine people -- eight children and a security guard -- at a school in Belgrade on Wednesday. After Serbia's second mass shooting in a week, the president, Alexander Vucic, pledged significant reforms to the country's gun laws.
