Jury finds Trump sexually abused writer E Jean Carroll

A jury in a civil case has found Donald Trump sexually abused E Jean Carroll in the 1990s.

Former President Donald Trump was found guilty in a civil case for sexually abusing E Jean Carroll, a magazine columnist, in a New York department store in the 1990s. However, he was found not liable for rape.

The 麻豆社鈥檚 North America editor, Sarah Smith, told us more about what this meant for his presidential campaign, and the nature of the case itself.
