Why have pot plants been confiscated in Greenwich?
A London council has been "confiscating" plant pots and garden ornaments from a housing estate, saying they pose a fire safety risk. 麻豆社 Radio Londons Sarah Morris spoke to residents of the Vanbrugh Park estate.
