The government will launch a legal challenge over the Covid inquiry鈥檚 demand for messages between Boris Johnson and his advisers during the pandemic. Adam speaks to one of the those advisers, Cleo Watson, who was the former prime minister鈥檚 deputy chief of staff, and is now the author of Whips.
