A Suffolk festival goer says her experience at Download Festival was a nightmare.
Frances Simmonds- Mead uses a wheelchair and says organisers of the music event failed to support her and others.
Download Festival told the 麻豆社 "We are in direct contact with Frances but we are not at liberty to discuss individual cases so will not be able to comment on this."
