Are you guilty of ‘phubbing’?
'Phubbing' is the habit of snubbing someone to look at your phone.
New research into the effects on married couples has found that couples who regularly ‘phub’ each other have lower marriage satisfaction. So, are you a ‘phubber’? What impact does it have on your relationship?
Author and journalist Claire Cohen, who says she’s guilty of this, joined Nuala McGovern to discuss the impact it can have and the steps she’s taken to prevent it from impacting her own relationship.
