Craig Crouch was jailed for life, with a minimum term of 28 years, for the murder of his partner鈥檚 son, Jacob, at his house in Derbyshire. Jacob鈥檚 mother, Gemma Barton, was given 10 years for causing or allowing the death of a child and child cruelty; she was cleared of murder during the trial.
