Thousands of people have signed an online petition after the fence was put up at Lydney Harbour.

It cordons off access to the final few metres either side of the boat channel before you actually reach the River Severn.

The landowner, the Environment Agency, says the increase in visitor numbers has increased the risk of an accident.
