'Alarm bells didn't ring as fast as they should have'

Lucy Letby will spend the rest of her life in prison for murdering seven babies and attempting to kill six others.

She refused to appear in the dock for sentencing - so she avoided hearing the emotional impact statements from the families of those babies.
