Saving Grimsby's historic Ice House
Entrepreneur Tom Shutes explains his plans to transform the derelict Ice House on Grimsby Docks The building once housed the world’s largest ice-making machinery and is being re-imagined as office, studio and research space for the green maritime sector. The monumental building was nominated as one of the twelve ‘most endangered’ heritage sites in Europe in 2017.
