Dynamic Pricing: "It's a no from us"
As the UK's biggest pub chain announced 800 of its 4,000 pubs would introduce "dynamic pricing" during evenings and weekends, we asked Philip Thorley if their pubs had plans to charge a premium for a pint at peak times.
Thorley Taverns employs around 400 people in its 18 pubs in Margate, Ramsgate and Broadstairs.
