Sheerwater Redevelopment: What happens now?
The Sheerwater estate near Woking was built after the Second World War to help solve a housing crisis.
For years, the idea has been to demolish hundreds of homes and build new ones, as part of a regeneration project.
But those plans are on hold after Woking Borough Council declared itself effectively bankrupt.
