Plans to regenerate the Becketwell area of Derby city centre will be completed by 2025, according to developers St James Securities. Work on a large apartment block was completed in the summer and a new meeting space, called Springwell Square, recently followed.

Developer Paul Morris told Â鶹Éç Radio Derby that the regeneration will create a ‘buzz’ around that part of the city.
