Another dog attack on Merseyside and now a judge in Liverpool has warned that owners of powerful potentially dangerous dogs which attack are 鈥渋n serious danger鈥� of going to prison.

The Prime Minister says American XL Bully dogs are to be banned by the end of the year after a number of recent attacks involving the breed.
