Bus Lanes could return to Liverpool's roads after the council's cabinet approved a new travel plan for the city.

The plan includes lots of targets and ambitions for ways to get people out of cars and onto public transport, bikes, or walking.

Five of the busiest bus routes have been ear marked for new priority measures, with the aim of speeding up bus journeys, making them more appealing.
