Council apology for 'crass' art on Bournemouth beach
The families of two teenagers who drowned off Bournemouth beach say seeing an art installation framing the area where they drowned - is distressing and upsetting. Seventeen-year-old Joe Abbess from Southampton and 12-year-old Sunnah Khan, died in May after getting into difficulties while swimming.
