For three and a half years, Farnborough hasn't had a leisure centre.

It was closed during lockdown, never reopened and then demolished in 2021.

Now there are plans to build a new centre and what's known as a 'cultural hub' on the site of the old one.

Rushmoor Borough Council says there's a formal agreement to come up with 'detailed designs' and then submit a planning application early next year.
