Northants Mum: "Autistic kids thrown under a bus"

The National Autistic Society said they have no choice but to close these services because they claim the social care system is in crisis and in need of government reform and more money. They recognise how worrying this all is and say they're keeping the services going for as long as they're able to.
A joint statement by our two councils claims that the National Autistic Society demanded more money in January without clear justification and that these fee uplifts still haven't been justified and were far greater than what is paid to other providers.
