Israel/Gaza conflict hits home for Witney man
Phil is from Witney, in Oxfordshire. His wife is Israeli, and grew up on a kibbutz right on the border with Gaza. She was there with their 20 year-old son and her sister, when the initial attack happened. They were visiting her parents.
