Veterans from the West Midlands have told 麻豆社 Radio WM they don't get enough help to find work once they've left the military.

The Royal British Legion Industries is currently running a free employment course for vets

They will learn about CV writing and interview techniques at a four-day residential programme at the Village Hotel in Solihull - it's run by veterans too.
