London day travelcards have been saved! But how?
Day travelcards have been saved after a deal was agreed between Transport for London, train operators and the government.
For the current price of 拢15.20, the card offers unlimited travel to passengers on public transport in zones 1-6 of London, including Tube, bus, rail, and London Overground services.
But why were travelcards being got rid of in the first place? And how did the deal come about?
