Revealed: average Reading rent up a fifth in two years
It might not be a surprise to Berkshire's renters, but new figures have confirmed average rental prices in the Royal County are up by a fifth, compared to 2021.
New figures released by property website Rightmove show Reading's monthly rents are up by a quarter - and things are up by about a third in Newbury.
