The Met office has issued a yellow weather warning for heavy rain, which includes Cornwall. Clarissa Newell, an Area Environment Manager for the Environment Agency has been telling 麻豆社 Radio Cornwall鈥檚 James Churchfield that rain falling onto saturated ground may cause problems.
