Special Christmas cards honour Grandfather's art
A Leicester man is honouring his Grandfather by releasing a set of special Christmas cards featuring his paintings.
Leicester artist Trevor Horton passionately painted a variety of subjects, including landscapes, buildings and portraits.
After Trevor's death in 2022 his family found a treasure trove of his artworks that had not previously been seen.
Now his family has turned some of his paintings into Christmas cards to raise money for charity. Trevor suffered from a lung condition called Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF) and proceeds from the sale of the cards will be used to support charity 'Asthma and Lung UK'.
Trevor's Grandson Adam Horton tells Ady Dayman about the hundreds of amazing paintings of Trevor's they had to choose from.
