A by-election will be held if at least 10% of local voters sign a recall petition

This comes after MPs voted to suspend Peter Bone from the Commons for six weeks after an investigation found he had bullied and was sexually inappropriate around a former member of staff

Peter Bone MP says that none of the misconduct allegations against him ever took place and that they are false and untrue claims
