Norwich young carer: support a postcode lottery
A new report is warning that thousands of children are losing out, because they have to care for a loved one from a young age. Some are spending 50 or more hours a week as a carer - and they're not getting enough support from the authorities. The North Norfolk MP Duncan Baker has been leading an inquiry into what help there is for young carers. Grace cares for her mum, and has helped Mr Baker with the report and taken it to Downing Street. She shares her experiences with Chris Goreham.
