How 'chatty benches' get lonely Londoners talking
Despite living in a city of millions, it's easy to feel lonely as a Londoner.
So in an effort to combat social isolation, "chatty benches" have popped up across the capital to try to get strangers to talk to each other.
One of the latest benches has been unveiled at Westfield shopping centre in Shepherd's Bush. The idea being, if you sit on one of the benches, you're open to having a conversation.
