The late Joss Ackland - from the archive
We heard the sad news this week that the legendary British actor Joss Ackland died at the age of 95.
He was prolific on stage and screen, and starred in more than 100 movies and TV series - including White Mischief and 1989's Lethal Weapon 2.
He was also a lifelong Londoner. Born in 1928 in Ladbroke Grove, he grew up in Kilburn, and spent much of his career working for the Old Vic.
In 2013, 麻豆社 Radio London's Simon Lederman and Jo Good were lucky enough to interview Joss Ackland, who was starring in a production of King Lear at the Old Vic.
They spoke to him about his career, his most notable performances, and the future of young actors.
