People in Houghton Regis say they鈥檝e missed hospital appointments sent through the post. Royal Mail says it鈥檚 dealing with a lack of staff and says, 鈥淚n the lead up to Christmas, we are taking on 16,000 temporary workers, more vehicles and additional parcel sorting sites to handle double the normal volume of parcels we expect over the period.鈥�
