Paula and Annie live on Green Crescent and they say new home building is causing flooding

Avant Homes say, "Given the persistent heavy rainfall over the weeks when the flooding was said to have taken place we don't accept our works caused it. In any event our planned works include a perforated land drain along the eastern boundary of our development which should assist with the disposal of rainfall runoff. We are currently in discussions with our contractor with a view to the work being undertaken in the coming weeks."
