On this day: 20th Mar 1966 - World Cup stolen in Westminster
On the 20th of March 1966, the football World Cup was stolen while on exhibition at Central Hall in Westminster. The 拢3,000 solid gold trophy was found in a hedge one week later near the home of David Corbett - as he was out walking his dog, Pickles in South Norwood. 麻豆社 Radio London's Ross Ryan revisits an archive interview David from the time.
