How busking in Exeter paved way for Joel's scholarship
Joel Munday from Tedburn St Mary started busking aged 12 "every Saturday, regardless of the weather".
He's one of 11 musicians to have been awarded a prestigious new scholarship from the London Symphony Orchestra (LSO).
