One of the largest electric bus schemes in the country is being rolled out in Oxford. By the summer of 2024, every bus in the city centre will be battery powered. That's required an 拢80 million investment - partly from the bus companies and partly from the government. It also needs an enormous increase in Oxford's power supply.
