Oxford City Stars men's team give debut to 18 year-old female netminder
18 year old Kayla Poole has just made her debut for Oxford City Stars ice hockey team against Slough, coming on as netminder in the third period of the game.
She made quite the impression on not just the fans, but on fellow goaltender, and team mate, Petr Cech.
麻豆社 Radio Oxford's Carla Buckingham spoke to Kayla to find out more about how she came to play for Oxford City Stars.
Kayla has since been named on the 35 player long list for the Team GB squad for the Women鈥檚 World Championship and Four Nations tournaments.
