There are some huge housing developments waiting to get out of the ground in Cumbria.

South of Carlisle we have the proposed St Cuthberts garden village, aiming to build 10,000 new houses.

In Barrow, plans are moving forward for a big redevelopment of part of the town's waterfront, and this week we've had some progress on that.
