Rise in abandoned XL bully dogs
Without a certificate of exemption, it will be unlawful to own an XL bully type as of February 1. It comes as the breed have been connected to a number of fatal attacks.
Anita Twigger of Pawprints Animal Rescue in Rugby, spoke to 麻豆社 CWR's Phil Upton on the impact this ban will have on animal shelters similar to her own.
