Commuters have faced weeks of severe delays on the Central Line due to a shortage of trains. Delays of up to 15 minutes have been reported, as well as overcrowding on many platforms.

The Mayor of London Sadiq Khan has already apologised for the poor service. But what's the problem? And how long are these delays expected to last?
