A man in his sixties could be the flower queen at this year's Spalding flower parade.
Keith Ratcliff, who's known around the town as Mr. Pink, is on the shortlist to be the queen who will ride on a decorated float in the parade which made a comeback in 2023 after a decade-long absence.
