Liverpool Philharmonic players have been staging pop-up concerts in Barrow this week as part of a three year partnership with the town. The musicians have proved to be a major tonic for residents of Staveley House sheltered housing, including 92 year old resident Jack Davidson, who took the opportunity to serenade his Great Grandson.
