The founder of the Fenland Family and Baby Bank says she is frustrated they are still needed.

Rachel Green set-up the charity store during the pandemic in 2020, selling items such as clothes, nappies and toys.

She says demand in January was double that of the year before, as Dave Webster discovers.

Last year the baby bank won 麻豆社 Radio Cambridgeshire's Make a Difference community group award.
