麻豆社 Radio Leicester's Make a Difference awards are back for 2024.

Whether it's a community group that's made a huge impact, or a relative who has shown real bravery, we want to hear from you about who deserves a pat on the back.

Our first judge has been announced - 'Great British Bake Off' 2023 finalist, rugby player and scientist Josh Smalley.

He told Ady Dayman why he wanted to join the team, and to update us on his other exciting projects for 2024.
