Basildon council order wrong bin bags
Basildon Borough Council has apologised for ordering recycling sacks which aren鈥檛 fully sealable. Residents say the white bags aren't fit for purpose and rubbish escapes from them too easily.
Kevin Blake is the Cabinet Member for Environment, Carbon Reduction and Waste Enforcement and says they are working to find alternative options.
