National Apprenticeship Week (NAW) happens every year in early February, with this year's event taking place 5-11 February 2024.

Richard Sansom is Cadent - the UK's biggest gas distribution network - Network Director for the East Midlands, but started out as an apprentice for the company.

And, as National Apprenticeship week comes to an end, he's been telling Ady Dayman how he started out, along with Charlie Gresswell from Rothley who did an Apprenticeship at Samworth Brothers, and who is now part of the East Midlands Apprenticeship Ambassador Network.
