Bereaved Warwickshire mum supports petition calling for restrictions on young drivers
A Warwickshire mother who lost her daughter in a car accident is endorsing a petition that asks for restrictions on young drivers.
Such restrictions include mandatory learning hours and restrictions on both passenger ages and driving hours.
Juliet Seccombe's daughter, Tilly, died in a crash near Shipston-on-Stour in April last year. She joined 麻豆社 CWR's Vic Minett to talk about why this petition is important to her.
