Does Declan Rice think he's really the best in London?
Arsenal midfielder Declan Rice has been named the Premier League player of the year at the London Football Awards.
The 25-year-old, who joined the Gunners last summer from his boyhood club West Ham, has played a decisive role in the club's challenge for the Premier League title.
He has made 26 league appearances to date, scoring four goals and assisting six.
As a key component in Arsenal's defensive solidity, Rice has been able to provide protection for the back four whilst also provide an attacking threat.
