140 Dangerous Wild Animal licences were issued to private individuals in West Oxfordshire last year. The Born Free Foundation, an international wildlife charity, have been looking into these numbers. Dr Mark Jones, Head of Policy, spoke to 麻豆社 Radio Oxford's Sophie Law.
