Laindon cat 'stuffed' in a carrier bag
The RSPCA is appealing for witnesses after a cat was 'stuffed' inside a carrier bag and thrown over a fence in Laindon. The incident happened on the afternoon of February 20th.
Claire Dew is an RSPCA Chief Inspector for London East, covering parts of Essex and says the three-year-old was unharmed.
