Coniston Water - Picking up Bluebird's pieces
In 1967 Campbell's friend Robbie Robinson salvaged what he could of the wrecked speedboat. Robbie was piloting one of the safety boats when Donald Campbells hydroplane flipped over in front of him on its record breaking attempt.
