After the Forces: 'I wanted to end it all'
Paul is from Colchester and struggled to cope after leaving the British Army in 2001, touring Bosnia, the Balkans and Iraq. Paul spent 15 years with the Royal Artillery and will be completing his three-year apprenticeship in carpentry this summer.
