England and Harlequins scrum-half Danny Care says spending more time with his family influenced his decision to retire from international rugby.

Speaking to Chris Jones and Chris Ashton on Rugby Union Weekly, Care said: "When (my children) start to ask, 'You're not going away again, are you?' It's harder every time."
